The DEKTITE is an ideal solution for flashing pipes on metal roofs, featuring a high-quality EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer) synthetic rubber roofing membrane. This highly durable material is edged with a flexible aluminium band, ensuring a secure and long-lasting fit. The convenient square base fits most roof profiles, making installation straightforward.
Designed for roofs with a pitch between 0° and 45°, this robust EPDM flashing is available in Black or Grey and is perfect for use with standard pipes. It can withstand constant temperatures up to 115°C and intermittent temperatures up to 150°C, making it suitable for most non-heat-sensitive applications. Its non-corrugated base allows you to easily mould it to the required profile for a perfect fit.
